So, is everyone breathing now that July is over?  With so many planets in water signs, emotions have been super intense, especially the last 2 weeks of July.  Mars and Jupiter are just now separating and by early August this epic water trine formation breaks apart. The grand water trine includes Neptune in its home sign of Pisces, Saturn slowly moving through Scorpio, and Jupiter and Mars in Cancer. In August, Jupiter continues its alignment with the ever powerful cardinal activating agents, the Uranus Pluto Square.

The Cardinal signs are the signs that begin a season.They are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. Since Mars, Jupiter, Uranus and Pluto are all in Cardinal signs, this is symbolic of initiating empowered change. While we have discussed here in previous posts, the Uranus and Pluto square relationship though 2015, Mars and Jupiter now in Cancer further activate and amplify this

A sacred geometry of water and earth elementals connect on July 29th as various planetary energies align to form a "Star of David" or a Star Tetrahedron. This is a potent geometric form that rarely occurs. Consider it a portal of awareness, providing a forum for refection and intention setting for the next 3 months. The first of 2 Aquarius Full Moon's arrives on July 22 at 8:16 am HST, 11:16 am PDT, 6:16 pm UTC and on the 23rd for Bangladesh east to the International Date Line. This Full Moon coincides with the Sun moving into its ruling sign Leo on the same day. This is a powerful lunar cycle to reflect on how you radiate you persona to others, and socially interact with your fellow humans. And Uranus/Pluto continue to apply pressure to day-to-day life (more below).

This particular lunation has a strong dynamic theme around freedom, a favorite Aquarian vibration. As you may realize, freedom is becoming a challenged concept in many places in the world. This decline points to the Uranus (ruler of Aquarius) in difficult aspect with Pluto thru 2015.

This Gemini Awakening Astrology update covers news you can use to navigate the epic planetary waves now sweeping the planet.

The heat is on for May Astrology with the life changing Uranus Pluto square once again coming to an intense placement.

The Uranus Pluto square is exact this month on May 20, just 4 days before the Sagittarius eclipsed Full Moon.  Uranus Pluto square is a topic
we have discussed in great detail in previous updates. This is the fourth of eight squares, which began the summer of 2011. There will be another square on November 1, two more in 2014, and one in 2015. This global wide life changing cycle is far from over.

Uranus and Pluto were conjoined or in close association in the sky story between 1965 and 1968.  That was a period of intense, radical change in the consciousness on broad social and political levels. Now, these 2 transpersonal archetypes square off again at a ninety degree angle, a shape that literally implies "turning a corner". This is the opening square following the mid-60 conjunction. May is the month for the Zodiac signs of Taurus and Gemini. In 2013, May begins with 4 planets in Taurus and ends with four planets in Gemini. There are two eclipses this month, beautiful pairings of planets, plus on May 20 and 21 is the exact epic cycle of Uranus Pluto Square. Sun and Mars together in Taurus provides fuel for motivation and achievement through mid May. On May 9th Moon meets Mercury and Mars just before conjoining the Sun at the Taurus New Moon.

It's been quite a month. The building surge of Aries mojo in late March strongly indicated life would be intense come April. Seems the Universe did not let us down. Abundant Aries aggression and assertiveness in the field does not make for a calm, flowing cycle even in the best of circumstances.

The calendar reads 12/12/12 today. That's the 13th time this century we have reached a numerical date of similar digits (1/11/11 is included too). And, this will be the last time this century these multiple, resonant dates are part of the NOW consciousness.

Rather extraordinary to witness how the significance of these date sequences have snowballed throughout the human consciousness over the past 12 years (since 01/01/01). I wonder if people assigned any similar meaning to the calendar back in the early years of the 19th or 20th centuries when interconnection was perhaps a flicker of possibility in someone's psyche?

Aries Full Moon arrives on the 29th setting the stage for a potent October and November. Aries is the most "now" focused sign of the zodiac. Neither past nor future are of concern. This Full Moon occurs at 5:18 pm in Hawaii, 8:18 on the West Coast, and on the 30th in Canada's Eastern Maritime east to the International Date Line,

This particular lunation includes a very intense connection with the Uranus Pluto square as the Moon positions almost exact to Uranus in Aries. The last time the Full Moon conjunct Uranus was in September 2008 in the sign of Pisces.

Cancer New Moon arrives late on the 18th (6:25 pm in Hawaii, 9:25 pm on the West Coast, and on the 19th after midnight on the East Coast United States, east to the International Date Line). The sign of Cancer, ruled by the Moon, points to our internal, emotional connection to our home, family, community and our private lives.

Following the lead of the Capricorn Full Moon earlier this month, we are now encouraged to forge a more compassionate societal structure, benefiting everyone. A tall order in these polarized times. 

In some cases, this literally means the existing social structure must collapse (Pluto), or at least reorganize, so a more updated version (Uranus) can unfold. This tension pattern will continue to be a strong theme builder through 2015.

Overall, the evolving planetary patterns since Full Moon early this month remain in a building state of unease. This energy is similar to the critical moments leading up to a huge sneeze. Intensity fills the ethers. Nature leads the way with severe storms and drought, and in some areas life changing wild fires. An edginess is palpable. Creative juices bubble in anticipation. The ethers are electrified. Something palpable yet undefined grows in the energetic conscious field of potential and budding realities. As the half-way point of 2012 nears, new trends and expressions are emerging in raw, unexpected, novel, and in some cases, harsh ways. Simultaneously, outdated institutions, structures and forms are falling apart. Yes, the first of seven Uranus/Pluto squares has arrived with all its mojo and swagger..

Historically, this combustible pairing has ushered in significant shifts in human behavior, perception and structures around the world. The mid to late 1960's is the most recent example. On June 5th/6th, a rare astronomical phenomena graces the sky. Venus, sister planet of Earth, transits across the face of the Sun in the changeable, unpredictable sign of Gemini. While some observers may see little or no value watching a tiny black dot very slowly move across the Sun, the metaphor of the “as above, so below” suggests otherwise. 

The day prior to the Venus transit, the Moon is Full and partially eclipsed in Sagittarius. While any Full Moon is noteworthy, especially one eclipsed, this particular Full Moon is more like the appetizer at a meal while we await the much anticipated main course of Venus transiting the Sun. 

The charts of both eclipses are essentially the same vibration. Full Moon chart brings its focus into the realm of inner truth and higher knowledge. Let's use this energy as a springboard for a deeper exploration of the Venus transit and what it portends for our world society over the next 105 years. Also, Neptune moves retrograde this day, adding productive inward fuel for dreaming your vision for 2012 and beyond.
