Cancer New Moon arrives late on the 18th (6:25 pm in
Hawaii, 9:25 pm on the West Coast, and on the 19th after midnight on the
East Coast United States, east to the International Date Line). The
sign of Cancer, ruled by the Moon, points to our internal, emotional connection to our home,
family, community and our private lives.
Following the lead of the
Capricorn Full Moon earlier this month, we are now encouraged to forge a more compassionate societal structure, benefiting everyone. A tall order in these polarized times.
In some cases, this literally
means the existing social structure must collapse (Pluto), or at least reorganize, so a more updated version (Uranus) can unfold. This tension pattern will continue to be a strong theme builder through 2015.
Overall, the evolving planetary patterns since Full Moon early this month remain in a building state of unease. This energy is similar to the critical moments leading up to a huge sneeze. On the planetary front, Uranus and Pluto are dialed into a very tight
